This Blog is for those curious individuals who love to have a laugh, seek to find meaning in this lifetime and generally like to expand their Universe in every way imaginable!
The "Why" of "What you do"
I have always believed that it is your intention that drives everything that happens in your world. I hope this video inspires you to ask yourself the all important "why?" when it comes to your work and career path.
Cheers!
2012 It is!
This is the time of the year when the word 'resolutions' comes into sharp focus..Some people go forth charging towards their new year goals with enthusiasm and a glint in their eyes. The rest, (I suspect the majority tread) upon the new year with hesitation and worry.
Now its probably easy to tell which category you fall into with regards to pursuing your 2012 dreams :)
If the list of "to do" this year is seeming a bit lofty or draining, then chances are you have not fully opened up to the sheer miracle and magic of the Law of Attraction. This universal Law which is so simple and yet so powerful is the perfect prescription for chasing away your new year blues.
According to the Law, the more you focus upon something, the more you attract it into your life. The more you choose to put your energy into some thought (either positive or negative) the more of the same energy frequency gets drawn towards you.
So if you were to focus upon your goals this year, visualise it completely and most importantly feel the emotions in your body as you see yourself and your goal come true, then you are guided step by step into the action and planning you need to do. The only reason we do not feel motivated to reach our much-desired goals is because we block the energy within us with our incessant negative thinking and past history. We habitually presume that if something did not happen before for us (or this has never been successful) it can never happen ever. In doing so, we suck out all the energy that is within and around and feel lethargic (the main reason we feel heavy).
In contrast if we were to presume that our goals are destined to come true only because we want them enough, we would free up all the energy and feel light. Light enough to take the appropriate action and plan the strategy to get our goal going.
This is a simplified version, for more information you can read the many books by Hay House on the subject of Law of Attraction. My favourite is the one by Esther & Jerry Hicks.
I wish you all an amazing year ahead..I hope you question what you love doing as this is one of the indicators of how you can truly serve. You are here for a much deeper reason than just earning a good salary. Remember, today you look for meaning and not a job to be in sync with your deeper life purpose.
Blessings!

Last Post for 2011
Hi Everyone!
Hope the happiness course helped you to understand your own blocks to greater happiness?
..I am now winding down my blog for this year. I will be back next year with brand new stuff so I hope to see you there soon!
For the last post of the year, I thought it would be worthwhile sharing my grounding visualisation with you that I often use with my clients.
Grounding yourself is very important especially around the time of family gatherings, holidays, frantic activities as this can subconsciously trigger a lot of your negative reactions like impatience, frustration, anger and resentment. We never quite feel fully present when we are living in the past or thinking about the future.
This creative visualisation exercise can be done anytime, sitting down with your back upright. Choose a place and time when you have 10 full minutes to yourself without being disturbed. Enjoy!
I wish you all a beautiful holiday season and a very happy new year!!
See you in 2012
